Adult Support Group

We are starting a new project of an open, free support group dedicated to people with ADHD. We would like to create a safe place where you can share your experiences, get or show support, or simply listen and feel community with people who "feel like this too." Perhaps a historian

About the event

We plan group meetings every second Wednesday of the month. We will meet online on Zoom at 7 p.m. Participation in the group is free of charge. The first meeting will take place on March 8.

Participation in the meetings is free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee participation for all interested parties due to the limited number of places. Therefore, we will open the waiting room from 6:50 p.m. and add participants in the order in which they log in to the meeting. Our limit of places is 25 - we do not want to exceed it due to the comfort of participants.

We invite people both with an official diagnosis of ADHD and those who, for various reasons, do not have this diagnosis yet, but seriously suspect that they may have ADHD. We realize that diagnosis is often an expensive and long process, and the need for support should not wait. However, we emphasize that support group meetings are not a place for diagnosis, a diagnosis can only be obtained from a psychiatrist.

After signing up for the form above, we will send you more information about the meeting, including the rules, which you should read. By joining a meeting, you agree to these rules. We will also keep you updated about subsequent meetings, possible changes in the schedule, send free materials and information about other paid and free projects. At the bottom of each email you will find a link where you can unsubscribe and you will no longer receive messages from us.

Each support group meeting will be thematic, e.g. about work, relationships, coping with everyday responsibilities, parenting. We will send the topic of the first meeting by e-mail in early March.

The meetings will be led and moderated by Margo Wilk - a certified coach.
