Workshop: communication for people in neurodiverse relationships

We invite people with ADHD and their partners to unique workshops. How do we communicate when our brains function so differently? It's not easy because we don't usually learn it either at home or at school. However, the good news is that communication depends on specific skills that can be developed. If you want to practice communicating in a way that supports the relationship and takes into account the unique needs of both parties, this workshop is for you. 

You will work on this:

💡 How to effectively take care of yourself and your relationship by discovering what we want?

💡 How to notice and appreciate what we bring to the relationship?

💡 How to argue and apologize?

💡 How to transform your beliefs into ones that serve your relationship?

💡 How to support each other in a crisis?

The workshops are:

✅ live meeting in a group of 10-12 people (5-6 pairs)

✅ 4 hours of work on communication in a relationship (the meeting will last 5 hours with an hour break),

✅ tools and strategies that can serve a neurodiverse relationship,

✅ practical exercises and original materials

✅ LGBTQIA+ friendly space
