Ramowy Program Szkoły Coachingu ADHD

Kurs ma charakter przede wszystkim praktyczny. Zdecydowana większość czasu zajęć to ćwiczenia, dyskusje, prowadzenie i omawianie sesji coachingowych.​

Kurs jest tworzony tak, aby spełnić wszystkie wymagania ICF. Będziemy ubiegać się o akredytację ICF już dla pierwszej edycji kursu po jej zakończeniu.

​Zajęcia wasztatowe:

Moduły 1-4: Razem 30 spotkań (60h)

Zajęcia odbywają się w poniedziałki i czwartki 18:00-20:00

(2h, w tym 5min przerwy)

Otwieranie procesu coachingowego

ok. 6 spotkań

Fundamenty pracy coacha ADHD

  • Czym coaching ADHD różni się od klasycznego coachingu, terapii, mentoringu i innych form wsparcia?

  • Etyczne budowanie relacji coachingowej cz. 1.

  • Jak mówić o coachingu ADHD?

  • Jak prowadzić wstępną konsultację (discovery call)

  • Narzędzia początku współpracy: test VIA Character Strengths, Inwentarz Dobrostanu Sensorycznego, modalności oraz kwestionariusz funkcji wykonawczych

  • Sesja wprowadzająca (intake session), kontraktowanie, określanie celów na proces

​Po zakończeniu zajęć warsztatowych:

 

Mentor coaching grupowy (4 zajęcia - 8h)

​Czwartki co 2 tygodnie 18:00-20:00 (wyjątek środa 26 maja)

 

grupa 1: 29 kwietnia, 13 maja, 26 maja (środa), 10 czerwca

grupa 2: 6 maja, 20 maja, 3 czerwca, 17 czerwca

 

Mentor coaching indywidualny: (3 spotkania - 3h)

Indywidualne spotkania uczestnika z mentor coachem, w trakcie których omawiane są nagrania sesji prowadzonych przez uczestnika.

Terminy ustalane indywidualnie z każdym uczestnikiem.

 

Dodatkowo:

- 5 obserwowanych sesji, w tym pisemny feedback prowadzącej do 3 nagrań sesji z klientem

- Ocena rozwoju kompetencji coachingowych uczestnika

Powyższy program modułów pokazuje strukturę i zakres tematyczny kursu. Obecnie jest on jeszcze w trakcie dopracowywania, a jego ostateczną, szczegółową wersję uczestnicy otrzymają przed rozpoczęciem kursu.

Rozumiemy, że osoby neuroatypowe mogą z różnych powodów mieć utrudniony dostęp do formalnej edukacji czy stabilnej ścieżki zawodowej. Nie przekłada się to jednak na ich potencjał bycia dobrym coachem. O ile wiele szkół coachingu stawia formalne wymagania dla kandydatów, takie jak ukończone studia czy określony staż pracy, dla nas najważniejszym wymogiem jest pomyślne przejście rozmowy rekrutacyjnej. I am a mother of four adult children, including two neuroatypical children (ADHD and AuDHD). It gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the everyday challenges neuroatypical people face.

​

I have lived in the UK for almost 20 years.

​

I am constantly developing my skills and deepening my knowledge by training with specialists in the field in the UK, Poland and the USA.

In my work, I show the problem from different points of view and help find strategies that work. I understand that you are your own expert and you know best what works for you.  

​

I'm not here to fix you - because you're not broken! I know that the experience of being an ADHD person in a neurotypical world is difficult and I am here so that you do not go through the process of finding yourself and living a fulfilling life alone.

​

I also work with loved ones (partners, parents) of people with ADHD to create a healthy relationship for both parties based on mutual understanding and taking care of each other's needs.

​

I focus on professionalism in my work, which is why I decided to acquire the highest possible qualifications - I am currently undergoing the Professional Advanced ADHD Coach Training Certification Program at the ADD Coach Academy.
